1. About the program

Martineau Agency LLC, operating as NEXA Lending Team, is a mortgage brokerage. Our SMS program lets us text people who asked us to. You join only by giving express written consent: by ticking a consent box at nexalendingteam.com/sms-optin, by ticking the consent box under the pre-qualification form on our website, or through the chat widget on our website. We never buy, rent or import phone numbers from third-party lead lists.

2. What we send (messaging use cases)

• Transactional and customer care: replies to the request you submitted, questions from your loan officer, document and appointment reminders, confirmations and scheduling changes.
• Marketing: homebuyer guides, educational content and occasional invitations. This needs its own separate consent box and is never required to work with us.

Message frequency varies and depends on your conversation with us. We do not charge you for these messages.

3. How to opt out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending SMS messages. To rejoin, sign up again at nexalendingteam.com/sms-optin or reply START.

5. Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Any charges come from your mobile carrier under your own plan. Check with your carrier if you are not sure what your plan includes.

6. Carrier liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on transmission by your mobile carrier and is outside our control, so we cannot guarantee that every message arrives or arrives on time.

7. Supported carriers

The program runs on major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, US Cellular, Boost, Cricket and Metro by T-Mobile. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and be the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you give us.
